- For a $5,000 card payment, the fee would be $145.30 (2.9% + $0.30).
- For a $600 ACH payment, the fee would be $4.80 (0.8%).

7
Can I avoid transaction fees?
Yes! Use ACH Direct Debit or Bank Transfers to avoid additional costs. Fees for these methods are fully covered by Goldenrull Solutions.
8
What happens if I mail a check instead of using ACH or Bank Transfer?
If you choose to mail a check, you must include the full invoice amount plus the discounted fee to ensure proper processing. The total amount due will be reflected in your invoice.
9
How do I know if a payment fee has been applied?
- If you select ACH or Bank Transfer, the fee is already removed from the invoice.
- If you select Credit/Debit Card or Link, Goldenrull covers $5, and the remaining balance is included in your final payment total.

Are your cleaning service teams trained and supervised?
Team members are trained before they’re permitted to begin cleaning independently. Training continues as we learn about new products/methods and to reinforce prior training. Each team includes a Team Leader to see that cleaning tasks are correctly completed. Our site supervisor makes periodic visits to cleaning sites to ensure we’re meeting cleaning service commitments. We even have a person dedicated to Compliance procedures and Training.

Are your cleaning service employees authorized to work in the US?
All employees of our cleaning service are required to fill out Form I-9, the employment eligibility verification form, and provide necessary employment eligibility documentation, before starting work.
